This morning was a reasonable ground frost, something that happens only occasionally in London. There was also a mist which particularly accumulated over the 'Broad Water / Serpentine" Lake in the Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. This lake is artificial, it was formed by damming the Westbourne rivulet that flowed through this valley and then out to the River Thames via Knightsbridge. Almost the whole of this river has been covered over, so this is the only remaining visible part of it. The light was still pretty gloomy, so I've had to edit this photo a fair amount to brighten it and remove the noise that resulted from using a high ISO. Hope you like it!
