Today I took Cyrus to Birkbeck College to the BabyLab to partake in some research, he now has a funky tee shirt declaring him a scientist! Aww, bless. This excursion also enabled me to visit the British Museum - one of my least faourite museums in London - sorry, history just isn't my thing and I feel permitted to say that as I work in another one!
However, I'm often at the BM for meetings and if you haven't been and are passing then you really must pop into the Great Court. It's such a fabulous space and even on grey miserable days it really makes you take a deep breath and soak up the tranquillity provided by the glazed canopy.
So for all of Foster's triangles [next obsession please] this glazing really hits the spot.
Before you say it's not a building I'd like just like to say that this is my game and I'll decide what counts as a building lol!
Top 10 gorgeous/fugly London buildings
I've decided to put photograph my* top ten gorgeous and fugly pieces of London architecture (Zones 1 and 2 only).

Fab picture but this place has bad memories
after visiting with a stinking hangover - the
special noise dampening properties of this
area really bring out the nausea of a
hangover!--
