16 Декабрь 2009, 05:30 banamak This is a neat photo. What were the details behind it. Looks candid and I like the way the two people have opposing moods. Kinda like a blue mood but uplifting at the same time.
16 Декабрь 2009, 19:21 Tuffer.com I like the focus on this and the low camera angle.
16 Декабрь 2009, 21:59 ~~David post-modern perv perceptiveness
16 Декабрь 2009, 22:54 cameronconner haha, david, good..
17 Декабрь 2009, 21:13 Moxette
Thanks, chaps.
Behind his hat is Top Shop. The building to
the right of her is Oxford Circus tube
station, west entrance. Wish I could say it
was post-modern but this was a sneaky shot as
she stood just behind me at the lights. I'm a
low-down bum.
18 Декабрь 2009, 05:02 gadjoboy you are so good at this...i always chicken out...way to go....
19 Декабрь 2009, 05:01 Rebecca Key ha ha this is fab moxy - even for a low-down bum !

20 Декабрь 2009, 05:07 rugd1022 Very striking shot Mox . . . . have you ever seen Atnonioni's film 'Blow Up' from 1966? These two remind of the characters seen in the opening scenes . . . .
20 Декабрь 2009, 06:05 christina griffiths yes, Antonioni... Yet again, amazingly close up. From the hip? If not, you really must be the invisible photographer!
20 Декабрь 2009, 19:30 Moxette
Thanks guys. Great film, rugd.
Christina - I think you had a shot with the
poster? Yep, this is a hippie...
20 Декабрь 2009, 20:24 Love Of Carnage! well, she's absolutely gorge!
21 Декабрь 2009, 06:23 rugd1022 Its one of those films you either love or hate isn't it? For me its one I can watch over and over again and never tire of despite its flaws. Other films that fall into this 'lot' are Get Carter (NOT the Stallone remake!), Villain, Robbery, Zulu and a few others, virtually all of which were made between 1964 and 71, which says a lot about modern films!I love the way you've caught your characters, one looking up, one looking down, makes for a great composition ;-)Feel like watching some classic 60s films now . . . . now wheres that Amazon link?
21 Декабрь 2009, 17:37 frogmuseum2 I think he is checking out her bum! cheeky. Wouldn't catch me doing that. Well, ok, you might, Mox! :D
22 Декабрь 2009, 11:09 A30yoyo Powerful, sexy.....what kit are you using now...are you framing in the big lcd?
22 Декабрь 2009, 14:09 Fray Bentos A strangely compelling shot, to which I keep returning. I'm still trying to work out why. I'll let you know if I put my finger on it.
23 Декабрь 2009, 12:40 Moxette
Thank you all!
Mick - I have been using a D40 recently.
23 Декабрь 2009, 19:08 Briggate.com Great composition
24 Декабрь 2009, 08:41 marty_pinker
This one is really great. The two individuals
are perfectly balanced.
It's the sort of shot fashion photographers
would spend hours setting up ;-)
24 Декабрь 2009, 17:51 pezbott great shot!!!! theres alot going on here!!!
25 Декабрь 2009, 17:26 Moxette Many thanks, guys
26 Декабрь 2009, 15:18 deejayhart | Daniel Hart You should be a talent scout! You've got quite an eye for unusual looking people, whilst retaining a critical sense of humour (The Nathan Barley tag!).I always found Oxford Street quite non-descript compared with other parts but your pics do show if you look closer all human life is here...
26 Декабрь 2009, 19:02 Moxette Thanks ever so much for your comments. I think most people can look interesting if you approach them from the right angle... luckily for me :)
26 Декабрь 2009, 19:41 Briggate.com Right angle is right. This is very strong.
27 Декабрь 2009, 05:05 Moxette Thanks, Lloyd
