What makes the London skies so unique? In all the cities I've photographed (from New York to L.A. or from Rome to Paris), I have never seen a sky with more jet streaks than London.
I was out at sunrise shooting the Tower Bridge, but the rising sun stole the show!
The photo is a "manual" process HDR image composited from two exposures with -1 1/3 and a +1 1/3 stop exposure bias.
