Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson, to call the Mayor of London by his full name, chairing a meeting in the Assembly Chamber of City Hall. I actually went there to walk along the amazing spiral ramp, alas, there is no public access during weekdays because of meetings like this one taking place.
Located by the River Thames and next to Tower Bridge, City Hall is another landmark building in London by Foster and Partners. Their Gherkin can be seen in the background, the Tower of London is on the right.
